About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee secure, compliant AI infrastructure platforms, including GenAI, ML pipelines, and data ecosystems across hybrid cloud environments.
- Embed security‑by‑design principles into all stages of AI solution development, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Lead compliance assessments, risk mitigation, and audit readiness for AI and data services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define security controls, threat models, and incident response plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of security tooling, automation, and monitoring for AI workloads.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security architecture, with a focus on AI/ML and hybrid cloud platforms.
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Proficiency in cloud security for AWS, Azure, and GCP, including IAM, encryption, and network segmentation.
- Hands‑on experience designing secure GenAI and ML pipelines, data lakes, and model governance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
