Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders (Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Product) to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
- Partner with leadership to identify and improve existing processes in areas such as territory management, lead management, sales process, reporting, analytics, sales compensation, and quota setting.
- Drive improvements in sales productivity by identifying opportunities for improvements and collaborating with key stakeholders to execute solutions.
- Own the internal technical systems and tools used by the Sales team, including Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce and ensure all changes, enhancements, and new features are implemented effectively and tested prior to deployment.
- Be responsible for reporting and analytics for the Sales team, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and other key metrics.
- Manage the creation and implementation of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS company.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Expertise with Salesforce, including experience with data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
