About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive resource planning models to forecast staffing, capacity, and budget requirements.
- Design, build, and manage reporting dashboards and KPI metrics using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and other enterprise systems to streamline data flow and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to align resource plans with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in resource planning, reporting, or systems management within a large organization.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data integration processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Project management experience and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
