About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the quality strategy, including test automation frameworks, performance testing, and release readiness.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and security scans.
- Partner with product, development, and DevOps teams to embed quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Track, analyze, and report quality metrics, using data to drive process enhancements and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages such as Python or Java.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
