About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for web and mobile applications, from concept through launch and iterative enhancement.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams of product managers, designers, and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement to deliver high‑quality features on schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to prioritize initiatives and resolve technical trade‑offs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product and engineering leadership roles, preferably in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of launching successful web or mobile products with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
- Hands‑on technical background in web development and familiarity with modern tech stacks.
