About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives for engineering projects, identifying bottlenecks and implementing Lean Six Sigma solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Conduct data analysis, root cause investigations, and performance monitoring to sustain continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training, workshops, and communication plans to embed improvement culture.
- Track and report progress, ROI, and impact to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement or project engineering within a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to drive change and influence cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
