About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows across manufacturing, inventory, and supply‑chain processes using SAP, Power Automate, and RPA tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map current state processes, identify bottlenecks, and define automation opportunities.
- Lead data extraction, transformation, and reporting using SQL and Python to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to quantify process improvements, reduce cycle times, and eliminate waste.
- Maintain and enhance automation solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process automation within a manufacturing or supply‑chain environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power Automate, and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation scripting.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
