Software Engineer
Lead the PMO integration effort, overseeing project delivery, governance, and cross‑functional alignment while applying Agile practices and managing risks, stakeholders, and change across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and timelines.
- Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, standards, and reporting mechanisms for integrated projects.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through Agile and hybrid delivery models, coordinating resources, schedules, and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, driving effective change management throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Engage senior stakeholders, providing transparent communication, status updates, and decision support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale integration or transformation programs, preferably within financial services or insurance.
- Proven expertise in PMO setup, governance, and performance measurement.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and ability to apply them in complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master are a plus.
