About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-native infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Develop and enforce FinOps processes to monitor, forecast, and optimize cloud spend.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance.
- Drive automation of provisioning, deployment, and scaling using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and grow a team of platform engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or cloud operations, with a strong focus on cost optimization.
- Hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Proven track record of implementing FinOps practices and reducing cloud spend.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and security best practices.
