Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of people‑technology solutions and analytics, leveraging HRIS, SQL, and data visualization tools to drive strategic workforce insights and improve employee experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for people technology platforms, including HRIS, payroll, and talent management systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that translate workforce data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to integrate data sources, ensure data quality, and support predictive analytics initiatives.
- Lead a small team of analysts and engineers, providing mentorship and fostering a data‑driven culture.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve employee experience through technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR technology, or related data roles.
- Proficiency with SQL and a programming language such as Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
