About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced analytics models—including regression, simulation and machine‑learning algorithms—to solve HR business problems.
- Partner with global HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness) to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
- Extract, clean, and transform large HR datasets, ensuring data quality and readiness for analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Champion a data‑first culture within HR by mentoring team members and promoting best practices in analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, data science or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering actionable HR insights.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, and solid SQL skills for data manipulation.
- Expertise in machine‑learning techniques, regression modeling, and statistical simulation.
- Experience creating compelling data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
