Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor cross‑functional engineering teams, setting clear expectations for quality, security, and delivery timelines.
- Own the end‑to‑end implementation of secure software solutions, ensuring adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and risk mitigation strategies.
- Champion Agile practices, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance on AWS, ensuring automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering leadership in a regulated industry, preferably financial services.
- Deep understanding of security principles, compliance standards (e.g., PCI, SOX, GDPR), and risk management.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, CI/CD tooling, and container orchestration.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, secure software at scale.
