Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing mobile engineering team, driving end‑to‑end development of iOS, Android, and cross‑platform apps using React Native. Own architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring high‑quality code delivery.
- Architect and maintain scalable iOS, Android, and React Native applications, focusing on performance, security, and user experience.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define feature roadmaps and prioritize releases.
- Implement Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Drive code reviews, technical debt reduction, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mobile development experience with proven leadership in a fast‑moving environment.
- Deep expertise in Swift, Kotlin, and React Native, plus familiarity with native SDKs and third‑party libraries.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
