Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced analytics projects that inform medical strategy, evidence generation, and stakeholder engagement across vaccines, anti‑infectives, and respiratory segments.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and models using Python, SQL, and AWS services to integrate heterogeneous data sources.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, evidence‑based recommendations for clinicians, payers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (clinical, regulatory, commercial) to align analytics outputs with business objectives.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical analytics, with a strong focus on vaccines or respiratory therapeutics.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud analytics platforms (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering high‑impact analytics solutions.
