About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end machine learning projects, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.
- Architect and maintain robust ML pipelines on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
- Mentor and coach data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitor model performance in production, implement drift detection, and iterate for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science roles.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
