About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Automation Platform Services team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Own the full automation stack, including Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and deliver scalable RPA and intelligent automation projects.
- Implement best practices for governance, change management, and continuous improvement across the automation lifecycle.
- Drive metrics and reporting to demonstrate value, ROI, and operational impact of automation initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery or platform management, with a focus on automation.
- Hands‑on expertise with Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Strong understanding of RPA, intelligent automation, and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver complex automation projects on time and within budget.
