About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure cloud‑native applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Drive incident management, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem processes to improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and delivering complex, high‑traffic digital products.
- Hands‑on expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum or Kanban teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving cross‑functional collaboration.
