Lead a high‑performing team of Resident Engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable integration and customisation solutions across cloud platforms, driving seamless customer experiences for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Resident Engineers focused on integration and customisation projects for enterprise customers.
- Architect and develop robust APIs, middleware, and integration pipelines using Python, Node.js, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of integration services on AWS and other cloud platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on integration and customisation.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on expertise with API design, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
