About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise‑level information systems, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and security requirements.
- Manage cross‑functional teams of engineers, analysts, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with DoD and federal regulations.
- Architect scalable cloud and on‑premises solutions, leveraging AWS and other platforms to optimize performance and cost.
- Oversee system integration, testing, and deployment, ensuring high availability and resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Active DoD Secret clearance required; ability to maintain clearance.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, network security, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
