WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Implementation Manager at Strive Health, you will own the day-to-day execution of launching new market solutions across our payor, health system, and provider partner portfolio. You'll serve as the central coordination point: translating partnership structure, contractual requirements, and market-specific nuances into a clear, executable implementation plan and driving it through to a successful go-live and handoff to ongoing operations.
This role sits at the intersection of external partner management and internal cross-functional execution. You'll work closely with Strive's clinical, technology, operations, analytics, marketing, and infrastructure teams to keep workstreams aligned and launches on track, while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with external partners throughout the process. You'll report directly to the Director of Implementations.
The right candidate is a structured, proactive executor who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes rather than just tasks, and is energized by the complexity of value-based care partnerships. This is a lean, high-ownership team, you'll be expected to flex across operational priorities beyond core implementation as business needs evolve, and to bring the same rigor and follow-through to everything you touch.
