Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Java and Python, with strong experience building distributed systems on AWS.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud security best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
