Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing analytics team to deliver accurate HR insights, build dynamic dashboards, and automate reporting workflows using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of data analysts, driving performance and capability growth.
- Oversee end‑to‑end analytics projects: data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards, MIS reports, and performance tracking frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights to business leaders to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analytics workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing analytics teams in an HR or related domain.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Track record of implementing automation to improve reporting efficiency.
