Solutions Architect
Lead the design and delivery of healthcare integration solutions, bridging clinical workflows with SaaS products using FHIR, HL7, and cloud APIs while guiding cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical architecture for healthcare integration platforms, ensuring compliance with FHIR, HL7, and other industry standards.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer workflows into scalable, cloud‑native solutions on AWS.
- Lead a team of solution architects and developers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and fostering an Agile delivery mindset.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for large healthcare providers, gathering requirements, presenting solution roadmaps, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Establish best practices for API design, data security, and interoperability across the product suite.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing healthcare integration solutions using FHIR, HL7, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong background in cloud architecture, preferably AWS, with hands‑on experience in deploying secure, scalable services.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
