Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional GTM engineering initiatives, translating customer needs into scalable, AI‑enhanced Snowflake applications.
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end solutions using Snowflake, Python, and AWS services, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Champion an experimental mindset: prototype new capabilities, run rapid A/B tests, and iterate based on data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to define feature roadmaps, prioritize backlog, and drive time‑to‑market.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ownership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership in cloud data platforms or related domains.
- Proven experience building and scaling applications on Snowflake, with strong Python and AWS skills.
- Deep understanding of data engineering principles, AI/ML integration, and secure data practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
