Lead a global analytics team to drive product strategy and fan experience using Python, SQL, machine learning, and AI-powered insights across Ticketmaster’s digital platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing and executing large‑scale experiments to optimize digital product performance.
- Develop and maintain predictive models and AI‑driven dashboards that inform product strategy and business decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance to translate data insights into actionable initiatives.
- Oversee data architecture, ensuring high‑quality, scalable data pipelines and robust analytics infrastructure.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing analytics and data science team across multiple regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced statistical/machine‑learning techniques.
- Strong background in experimentation, behavioral analytics, and AI‑powered insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data tooling is a plus.
