About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full‑stack developers, setting technical direction and ensuring high code quality.
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and Python, leveraging AWS services.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and automated testing to accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into robust solutions.
- Drive performance optimization, security best practices, and continuous improvement across the stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with Node.js, React, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and experience deploying applications to the cloud.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering complex projects on time.
