Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of full‑stack developers, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure applications.
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, React and .NET on Azure.
- Drive continuous improvement through Agile practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, and compliance standards across all deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with JavaScript, Node.js, React and .NET.
- Strong background in Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for innovation, quality, and continuous learning.
