Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing FPGA and hardware team, driving end‑to‑end product development for live‑broadcast solutions using Verilog, VHDL, and ASIC design, while ensuring rigorous verification and on‑time delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary hardware team in the design, implementation, and validation of FPGA and ASIC solutions for live‑broadcast products.
- Collaborate with product managers and software teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and roadmaps.
- Oversee RTL design, synthesis, place‑and‑route, and timing closure, ensuring performance and reliability targets are met.
- Drive hardware verification strategy, including testbench development, simulation, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, delivering milestones on time and within scope.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in FPGA and hardware development, with a strong background in Verilog/VHDL and ASIC design.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex hardware projects.
- Deep knowledge of hardware verification methodologies, simulation tools, and testbench frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with embedded systems and real‑time signal processing is a plus.
