Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end integration of enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-based integration architectures that support evolving healthcare data requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and develop data-driven solutions to optimize integration workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align integration strategies with business goals and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration and IT operations within a complex, regulated environment.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and process improvement.
• Excellent problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced setting.
