About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture and delivery of scalable, secure cloud‑based platforms that support specialty drug benefit workflows.
- Guide product engineering teams in defining feature roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring high‑quality releases.
- Collaborate with data science, analytics, and clinical teams to embed actionable insights into product experiences.
- Champion Agile practices, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, code reviews, and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering with a focus on product development.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API‑centric architecture.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data insights into product features.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving cross‑functional collaboration.
