Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and technical excellence.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Implement Agile frameworks, driving sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, quality metrics, and risk mitigation strategies across all projects.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and customer stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in a managerial role, preferably in defense or high‑technology sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems on schedule and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management tools, and risk assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
