About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Architect and oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion and feature engineering to training, validation, and production deployment on AWS.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to define technical roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and performance tuning to maintain high availability and scalability of AI services.
- Drive adoption of best practices in model governance, reproducibility, and ethical AI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in AI/ML product development.
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and delivering production‑grade ML solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda), and data engineering pipelines.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross‑functional collaboration.
