About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Architect and oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models—from data ingestion and feature engineering to training, validation, and production deployment on AWS.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to define scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of ML pipelines, ensuring high quality, reproducibility, and maintainability.
- Champion best practices in model monitoring, bias mitigation, and compliance with data governance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of deploying production‑grade models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2).
- Hands‑on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast‑paced environment.
