Manager - Digital Fabric - Tata Communications

Role Purpose: Act as the primary technical SPOC for enterprise customers, driving requirement analysis, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and solution design across Security, Infrastructure Managed Services, Cloud, and AI/ML platform offerings. The role is responsible for creating value-led solutions, customer presentations, technical documentation, and platform demonstrations while collaborating with Sales, Accounts, CDA, and Regional Solution teams to support opportunities from qualification through deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements.
• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and create solution proposals.
• Design Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Managed Service solutions.
• Develop customer presentations, HLD/LLD, SOWs, and technical documentation.
• Conduct AI/ML platform demonstrations and use-case discussions.
• Present solutions to customers and support technical discussions through deal closure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account, CDA, Product, and Regional Solution teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, or IT Consulting.
• Strong understanding of Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Managed Services.
• Proven experience in handling enterprise RFPs/RFIs and solution design.
• Excellent customer-facing, presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Security and Cloud certifications (CISSP, CCSP, Azure, AWS, etc.) are preferred.
