Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end digital enablement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive adoption of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms across sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including training, communication plans, and adoption metrics.
- Analyze data to assess digital tool performance, identify improvement opportunities, and report insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business units to integrate new digital solutions and optimize existing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation or enablement roles within a large enterprise.
- Proven track record managing complex projects and driving adoption of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
