Software Engineer
Lead a CI/CD team to design, build, and maintain secure, compliant pipelines on AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, enabling rapid, high‑quality releases for a SaaS identity governance platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines that support incremental, secure code delivery for a multi‑tenant SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with development, security, and compliance teams to enforce best practices, automated testing, and policy compliance across all releases.
- Maintain and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) to support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement and maintain Git-based source control workflows, branching strategies, and automated code quality checks.
- Lead incident response and post‑mortem analysis to improve reliability and reduce mean time to recovery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in a SaaS environment, with deep knowledge of CI/CD tooling.
- Proficiency with AWS services (ECS/EKS, CodePipeline, CloudFormation) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with Git workflow automation.
- Hands‑on experience with security compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR) and automated policy enforcement.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across cross‑functional teams.
