Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performance DevOps team, architecting and maintaining cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and ensure reliability across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable, and secure code delivery.
- Drive automation of infrastructure, deployments, and monitoring using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
- Mentor and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and observability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong background in CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building high‑performing teams.
