Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing engineering team to build and maintain a robust internal developer platform, driving CI/CD, SRE, and quality practices across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a fast‑paced, autonomous team focused on platform engineering, developer experience, DevOps, SRE, and quality engineering.
- Own and drive the internal developer platform strategy and roadmap, improving how engineering teams build, test, deploy, and operate software.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation tooling to increase velocity and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and compliance.
- Measure and report on platform health, usage, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in automation, scripting (Python, Bash), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) is a plus.
