Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead analytics projects, translating business requirements into data models and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data governance, quality, and compliance standards.
- Mentor and develop a high‑performing data engineering and analytics team.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (e.g., cloud services, big‑data frameworks) to enhance data capabilities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data architecture, analytics, and data engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big‑data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Hands‑on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
