Lead data and analytics initiatives as a business partner, translating strategic goals into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and Power BI while guiding cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to define analytics strategy and translate business objectives into data‑driven solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and other visualization tools to enable real‑time decision making.
- Lead data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Python, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Manage end‑to‑end analytics projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Mentor junior analysts, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement of analytics processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, preferably Power BI, and the ability to create compelling, actionable dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
