About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional analytics team to deliver insights that improve authentication flows and payment experiences.
- Partner with Product, Technology, and Data teams to define and execute data‑driven strategies for digital engagement and security.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for product enhancements and risk mitigation.
- Champion best practices in data governance, quality, and compliance across the analytics organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, with 5+ years in a leadership role within digital identity or e‑commerce domains.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, fraud detection, and payment processing ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present insights to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data governance frameworks.
