Manager Data Analytics 2

Manages a team of data analysts to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions to drive business insights and decision-making. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies. Oversees the development and maintenance of data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and AWS. Ensures data quality, accuracy, and security. Develops and implements data governance policies and procedures. Provides guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering business results.
• Strong technical skills in Python, Machine Learning, and AWS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
