About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of Customer Solutions Managers focused on strategic enterprise accounts.
- Partner with customers to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable AWS cloud solutions.
- Drive adoption of AWS services, ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to deliver integrated, customer‑centric roadmaps.
- Monitor account health, forecast growth, and proactively address risks to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud solutions, customer success, or account management, preferably within AWS or a major cloud provider.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams.
- Deep understanding of AWS services, architecture patterns, and migration strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
