About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technology audit engagements focused on cybersecurity, industrial control systems, and privacy controls.
- Develop and execute risk-based audit plans, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
- Assess the effectiveness of IT controls, identify gaps, and recommend remediation strategies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, present findings to executive stakeholders, and track action item resolution.
- Mentor and develop audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT audit, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), industrial control systems, and privacy regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.
