Lead the development of mid‑ and long‑term IP network investment plans, aligning technology roadmaps with business strategy, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction using advanced network optimization and project management techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3‑year and 5‑year IP network technology roadmaps that support revenue growth, new product launches, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers and Business Unit leaders to translate business requirements into actionable network investment plans.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to create detailed implementation schedules, budget forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
- Analyze network performance data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend technology upgrades.
- Present strategic plans and progress reports to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IP network planning, design, or operations within a telecom or large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of network technologies (IP routing, MPLS, SD‑WAN, 5G, etc.) and industry standards.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
