Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting implementation engagements, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client objectives.
• Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project phases, adapting to changing requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to define scope, develop solution designs, and manage expectations.
• Conduct business analysis to translate client needs into actionable implementation roadmaps and process improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and drive continuous improvement across project lifecycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or implementation roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong expertise in project management frameworks and Agile practices.
• Excellent analytical and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
