Lead the design and integration of a global sales technology stack, primarily Salesforce and Outreach, ensuring data quality, governance, and scalable architecture to empower a data‑driven sales organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and day‑to‑day management of the sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and complementary tools.
- Design and implement scalable, well‑integrated systems that support global sales processes and reporting.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all sales platforms, establishing best practices and audit procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and IT to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to optimize sales workflows, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise sales technology, with deep expertise in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Proven track record in system architecture, data governance, and process automation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple departments.
- Experience with SQL, data integration tools, and cloud platforms is a plus.
