Manager- Business systems & Transformation SAP GTS

As a Manager- Business systems & Transformation (SAP GTS), you will lead business systems and transformation initiatives using SAP GTS, driving process improvements, and managing change. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business systems and transformation, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of SAP GTS and its applications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
