About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the validation strategy for complex board and system architectures, ensuring compliance with performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of validation engineers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts (Python, MATLAB), and test benches to accelerate defect detection and resolution.
- Collaborate closely with design, firmware, and software teams to integrate validation activities early in the product development cycle.
- Analyze test results, root‑cause failures, and recommend design or process improvements to enhance product quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in hardware validation, with a strong background in board and system testing.
- Proven expertise in test automation, scripting, and hardware verification tools.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building and scaling high‑performing engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
- Effective communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to cross‑functional stakeholders.
