Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
- Oversee data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing initiatives to support scalable analytics.
- Mentor and coach junior BI team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing BI projects using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong background in data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience leading Agile teams and delivering solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into business value.
